 Every trip is unique, so we provide custom quotes based on your vehicle, distance, and service needs rather than one-size-fits-all pricing. Reach out and we'll build the perfect ride for you.

 For events, hourly bookings, and special occasions such as concerts and celebrations, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled outside our cancellation window and non-refundable within it.

 Airport Transfers & Standard Bookings: Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, 50% of the fare applies. Within 3 hours or a no-show, the full fare applies.   

Hourly, Charter & Special Events: Free cancellation more than 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours, 50% applies. Within 12 hours or a no-show, the full fare applies. 

 We accept all major credit cards (a 3% processing fee applies). Zelle, cash, and check are accepted with no processing fee.

 No need to worry. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust your pickup whenever possible, whether you're early, on time, or delayed. On occasion, depending on scheduling, your trip may be handled by another one of our professional drivers or a trusted affiliate to ensure you're never left waiting. Either way, you'll be taken care of.

 Yes, and it's complimentary. For airport pickups, your driver can meet you inside the terminal and assist with your luggage. If you'd prefer a curbside pickup instead, just let us know, and we'll do whatever makes the most sense for you.

 Our hourly service is yours to direct, with unlimited stops and distance during your reserved time. Perfect for a full day of meetings, errands, or a night out where the car stays with you.

 We offer child seats for a small fee: $10 for our 5-point harness and $5 for each booster seat, based on availability. We have one 5-point harness and three boosters on hand. For any additional seats, clients are asked to provide their own, as required by Florida law for children under five.

 Absolutely. We're a pet-friendly service and happily welcome well-mannered, well-traveled pets. Service animals are always welcome.
